Jordan Brand Opens World of Flight Store in Beijing

The expansion of Jordan Brand’s global presence continues with the announcement of its new World of Flight store in Beijing’s Sanlitun area, encompassing more than 1,000 square meters and spanning four stories.

This inaugural WOF in China follows in the footsteps of other premium Jordan flagship stores, including the recently revealed World of Flight Philadelphia shop, as well as other overseas locations like Milan, Dubai, Tokyo, and Seoul.

The architectural design of the ground level of the store incorporates a local feature reminiscent of the flooring seen in the Forbidden City.

The Center Court section pays tribute to Jordan Brand’s strong presence in China, serving as both a product showcase and an artistic installation that commemorates the brand’s history. At the core of the store lies the Heritage Wall, adorned with images and artwork as a token of the brand’s legacy.

The top level features a luxurious lounge designed to host exclusive shopping experiences and cultivate a sense of community among local basketball fans and loyal supporters of the Jumpman brand.

In line with the community-driven ethos of the WOF experience, Jordan Brand has teamed up with local artists to infuse each floor with distinctive artwork that reflects the creative flair found in the store’s product range.

The Jordan Local Artist series showcases collaborations with Chinese street artists such as Xiaoye, offering limited-edition t-shirts that embody the essence of contemporary youth culture in China.

Moreover, the store offers pickup services, personalized products, and events exclusive to members. Noteworthy offerings include the high-end Wings Collection, available exclusively in China, which epitomizes luxury streetwear within the Jordan Brand lineup.

“The Workshop,” another standout feature, provides customers with an immersive customization experience, allowing them to personalize their Jordan products with unique touches such as Air Jordan 1 hot-stamp embossing, aglet engraving, and apparel patching.

The Jordan WOF Beijing Sanlitun will open its doors on March 23, 2024, at 15 North Sanlitun TaiKoo Li, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

    As mentioned earlier, the Jordan Tatum 3 “Zen” is set to launch on November 14th via Nike.com, available in sizes for the whole family. The adult versions will be priced at $125.
