The “WAKE UP” Pack from Nike Running is Set to Start Running
Following the recent introduction of the “Ekiden” collection in honor of Japan’s running heritage, the Swoosh has indirectly given a sneak peek of an upcoming capsule dedicated to encouraging the ethos of “Just Do It!” This collection comprises five silhouettes – Invincible Run 3, Infinity RN 4, Vomero 17, Structure 25, and Streakfly.
It’s possible that Nike Running may introduce special editions of the popular Vaporfly 3 in the future, but this remains to be confirmed. Each shoe in this lively lineup comes in a combination of “White/Volt/Pro Green” colorways, ensuring attractive strides regardless of speed.
Motivational messages are featured on the ZoomX-cushioned Invincible 3, along with “WA:KE.UP” text, perhaps serving as a nod to early-morning workout sessions. The rest of the collection can be seen as a reminder from Nike Running to maintain discipline even when conditions are less than ideal.
Take a look at the official photos of each shoe below, and anticipate the collection’s launch on nike.com by Spring 2024. The prices of the shoes range from $140 to $180 USD.

Nike Invincible 3 Nike Invincible Run 3. Nike
Arguably the focal point of Nike Running’s motivational collection, the third edition of the Nike Invincible series has been a preferred choice for those seeking ample cushioning for long-distance runs. Incorporating ZoomX foam from the brand’s leading race-day products, the shoe provides a responsive ride, allowing for an increase in pace if desired. The Invincible 3 is available in various styles and is priced at $180 USD on nike.com.
Nike Vomero 17 Nike Vomero 17. Nike
Amidst the current spotlight on the 2011 Nike Zoom Vomero 5, the Vomero 17 serves as a reminder that the Vomero line is designed for running. Departing significantly from its two immediate predecessors, the Vomero 17 incorporates ZoomX cushioning in a package more suitable for high-volume runs. As one of Nike Running’s newer options, the model is priced at $170 USD.
Enthusiasts of the Nike Infinity Run series are introduced to an entirely new foam with the InfinityRN 4. While reception for the brand’s fourth model in the React-cushioned line has not been as favorable, the shoe has been heavily marketed towards female runners. The model’s geometry aids in guiding the foot from heel to forefoot, making it a reliable option for beginner runners. The InfinityRN 4 is available in some styles and is priced at $160 USD.
There’s no flashiness to the Nike Structure 25, and that’s its strength. Providing reliability and a focus on stability, the shoe features a wider last compared to most Nike Running offerings, ensuring proven support. The sneaker’s cushioning setup is composed of Zoom Air and EVA foam. Priced at $140 USD, the Structure 25 is available in a variety of styles on nike.com.
Considered by some to be an unsuccessful experiment by the Swoosh, the Streakfly is a lightweight performance model designed for optimal 5k and 10k races. The inclusion of a nylon plate adds rigidity to the ZoomX-cushioned model, attempting to replicate some of the performance found in the Vaporfly series. Priced at $160 USD, the Streakfly is available in various colorways here.
Official Release Date for the Jordan Tatum 3 “Zen”

The Boston Celtics’ season is unfolding just as they had envisioned, with only one loss to report and a striking 30 points per game average from their star player, Jayson Tatum.
After a more eventful off-season than what championship teams typically endure, Tatum and his Boston teammates have skillfully tuned out distractions, staying focused on their goal of repeating their success early in the season. In line with this theme, the upcoming #0 Jordan Tatum 3 is about to launch a “Zen” colorway that embodies this same sense of tranquility.
The motif of serenity has been a consistent element in Jayson Tatum’s sneaker line, especially highlighted by the “Vortex” version of the Tatum 2, which explicitly connects to this theme: our previous coverage noted that the design reflects Tatum’s calm demeanor, reminiscent of the peacefulness found in a vortex above water.
While this new model opts for a more subdued color palette, its execution remains true to that original concept; the graceful cut-outs in the upper design resemble calm waters, serving as a guiding inspiration throughout Tatum’s signature collection.
As mentioned earlier, the Jordan Tatum 3 “Zen” is set to launch on November 14th via Nike.com, available in sizes for the whole family. The adult versions will be priced at $125.

Jason Kelce’s Field Goal Attempt In Timberlands Will End In A $100,000 Donation
This Saturday, November 2nd, Jason Kelce will take on a field goal challenge while wearing Wheat Timbs during the ESPN College GameDay broadcast of the highly anticipated Penn State vs. Ohio State matchup. The idea for this challenge originated when college student Daniel Villasenor successfully kicked a field goal in Vans checkerboard slip-ons, winning an impressive $100,000 earlier in October.
Initially discussed on the Kelce brothers’ New Heights podcast with special guest Pat McAfee, this lighthearted challenge quickly evolved into a real event. The NFL legend, Jason Kelce, is set to attempt scoring three points while donning the famous Wheat Timberlands.
In an exciting twist, VF Corp — the parent company of both Vans and Timberland — has stepped in with a generous $100,000 commitment to the charity Soles4Souls, aimed at supporting hurricane relief efforts. Fortunately for Jason, VF Corp has assured that the funds will be donated regardless of whether his kick is successful or not.
Make sure to tune in to ESPN College GameDay on November 2nd, 2024, to witness this unique field goal attempt for yourself!
