Damian Lillard’s Status Uncertain for Game 4 Due to Achilles Strain

Milwaukee Bucks standout Damian Lillard wore a walking boot on Saturday following a strain to his right Achilles tendon according to reports, casting doubt on his status in the upcoming playoff clash with the Indiana Pacers.
During Game 3 against the Pacers, Lillard grimaced in agony after a foul by Aaron Nesmith with only 6.2 seconds left in regular play. Despite pushing through into overtime, Lillard failed to make an impact, registering no points or shot attempts as the Bucks succumbed to a 121-118 defeat.
Having battled Achilles discomfort for weeks as disclosed after the regular-season finale, Lillard opted for initial rest during playoff preparations.
Amid uncertainties, Lillard’s participation in Game 4 of the Western Conference faceoff against Indiana remains up in the air.
Down 2-1 in the series, the Bucks are also missing former two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, sidelined from playoff action due to a calf strain.
In Game 3, Lillard scored 28 points on 6 of 20 shooting, complemented by eight assists and three steals. Throughout the regular season, he maintained averages of 24.3 points, 7.0 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game.
